We strive to delivery you a Positive Print Buying Experience with a workflow that offers precise communication and finished results that meet or exceed your expectations. Here is how it flows...
- Client presents us with their printing need.
- We qualify client's need to make sure we understand their audience, how the printed piece is being used, what are the material used, the quantity, delivery requirements, etc.
- We then send you a written estimate and provide any paper/product samples or prototypes/mock ups required.
- Pricing and terms are agreed upon.
- Production begins with a target delivery date.
- Proofs are sent to and signed off by client. Typically we will send a pdf proof to make sure we have the art right, and then a lo-rez mock up to make sure we have the construction correct, and a hi-rez color proof to make sure we have the colors right.
- Printing takes place.
- Delivery arrangements are made and completed.
- You receive the product.
- We send a bill.
- You pay the bill by check or credit card.
